Look valuable at renewal. Add zero work to your desk.
Renewal season is when your clients decide whether you matter. Coverproof is a co-brandable evidence pack — training, policy, completion records, one organized register — that you put in their hands. They answer the training question with documentation. You get the credit. We do the fulfillment.
Flat license · Unlimited clients across your book · Pilot credited toward annual · Full refund before delivery
4.2Do you provide security awareness training to all employees at least annually?
→ Attached: Security Training Evidence Pack
deployed by your firm · organized by us
Two seats at the renewal table. One pack serves both.
The service perk that makes clients stay
- Deploy co-branded across your whole book — flat license, no per-seat math, no cap
- You already answer the cyber-insurance panic calls. Now you answer them holding a finished pack
- Bundle it into your security stack or bill it as a line item — your margin either way
- No portal to administer, no seats to provision, no tickets. The rollout guide does the hand-holding
- Renewal season becomes your QBR headline instead of your support-queue spike
The renewal conversation that keeps the account
- When the questionnaire asks about training, your client's answer is “yes, with documentation” — and they remember who made that true
- Organized evidence makes your submission cleaner; underwriters ask fewer follow-ups
- A concrete reason to call every cyber account 90 days before renewal
- Your name never touches attestation documents unless you opt in, in writing — see the liability section below
The pack, wearing your logo where it belongs
Everything a 10–100-employee company needs to answer the security-awareness-training question with documentation: an evidence register, a training policy template, a completion log, per-employee completion records†, an admin rollout guide, and 8 short training videos — phishing & email red flags, passwords & MFA, social engineering & pretexting, wire fraud & payment verification, data handling & privacy basics, remote & mobile work security, incident reporting, and AI-era scams & deepfakes. One afternoon to deploy per client — theirs, not yours. Founding partners help prioritize up to two additional modules.
† Certificates are records of completion, not certifications, accreditations, or endorsements by any insurer or standards body.
Complete sample module — AI-Era Scams & Deepfakes (module 8 of 8) · 3:57 · captions via CC. This is the one module that exists today — the quality bar your clients get. The paper side: download the sample document pack (PDF). The paid product is the evidence layer around all of it.
Flat price. Unlimited deployment. No per-seat arithmetic.

Your logo on the delivery. Never on the attestation.
About liability — read this before you worry about E&O
We designed the co-branding rules for the person in your office who thinks about errors-and-omissions exposure, because we know that person is you.
Default: your brand appears only on delivery materials — the rollout guide, the video-library page, the client-facing intro letter. The things that make you look good.
Your brand is never applied to attestation-adjacent artifacts — completion records, the completion log, the evidence register, or the policy template — unless you explicitly opt in, in writing. By default those documents carry the Coverproof name alone, and each states on its face that it is a record of completion, not a certification.
You attest to nothing. The client's own administrator runs the rollout and signs the completion log. You supplied a tool; the client produced the record; the documents say which is which.
The whole model is forward-one-email.
No portal to run, no seats to provision, no data to host. You forward; the client's admin runs their own rollout inside their own walls.
Start the pilot — $500, once
Optionally reply to your confirmation email with your logo — that's the entire co-branding setup. Review the sample module (above) and the sample documents while you wait.
You receive one folder
The complete co-branded pack — documents, video links, pre-written emails, certificate-filler. Your 60-day pilot clock starts here, not at purchase.
Forward one pre-written email per client
The client's admin takes it from there with their own one-afternoon rollout. At day 60, keep it and your $500 becomes a down payment on the annual — or walk away; delivered packs stay with your clients.
Your clients' employee data never touches our servers.
Everything runs inside their own walls: the completion log is an editable spreadsheet their admin keeps, and completion records come from a local certificate-filler — a single offline file included in the pack that scores each employee's quiz on their machine and produces the record only on a pass. No accounts, no server, nothing hosted by us.
- Pre-order: the full pack delivers on September 16, 2026 — a fixed calendar date, the same for everyone. The sample module and sample documents are available now.
- The 60-day pilot clock starts at delivery, not at purchase — you never pay for waiting time.
- Full refund any time before delivery, no questions asked. The $500 is fully credited toward an annual license if you continue.
- Educational content. No warranty of insurance or audit outcomes — insurers make their own decisions.
- Certificates are completion records, not certifications.
- Co-branding is optional and never applied to attestation-adjacent artifacts without your written opt-in.
Asked on pilot calls
My clients already get free training seats from their carrier.
Good — that means they've heard the training question is coming. Free seats are training; they are not a policy in the client's name, a completion log formatted for a renewal, or a register anyone can hand over. That organizing work currently lands on the client — or on you, unpaid. The license makes it a deliverable with your logo on it instead.
We already resell a security-awareness platform (usecure, BullPhish, KnowBe4).
Keep it — this isn't a platform and doesn't compete for those seats. It's the evidence layer: the register, policy, log, and records that renewal questionnaires actually ask about, packaged so the client's own admin can finish it in an afternoon. It's designed to run alongside an existing platform: the platform trains, the pack documents.
What exactly is my E&O exposure?
By design, your name appears on delivery materials only, never on attestation-adjacent documents (records, logs, register, policy) unless you opt in, in writing. You attest to nothing; the client's administrator produces and signs their own records. The full co-branding rules are above, and DISCLAIMERS.md in the partner kit is written for your compliance reviewer.
Why should I trust a solo vendor?
Because the scope matches the vendor: one pack, one outcome, no platform to keep alive. Documents you deliver to clients are theirs forever regardless of what happens to us. The pilot is $500, refundable before delivery, and credited if you stay — the trust required is deliberately small.
What happens after the 60 days?
You either apply the $500 to an annual license (founding $299/mo while slots last, otherwise $449/mo) or you stop. No auto-conversion, no dark pattern — we'll ask you on a call.
Renewal season is scheduled. Your move isn't — yet.
Fifteen minutes to see the pack, the co-branding rules, and the pilot terms. If it isn't a fit, you'll know by minute ten.
