Deploy this across your whole client book.
One flat license, co-branded with your firm. Your clients answer the training question with documentation, and they remember who made that true.
PARTNER LICENSE
$399 /month
Unlimited co-branded deployment across your whole book. Cancel anytime, with a 60-day money-back guarantee.
- Unlimited clients: no per-seat math, no cap, no tiers
- Co-branded with your firm: your name and logo sit beside the Coverproof mark on the materials your clients open. Attestation documents carry the Coverproof name alone unless you opt in, in writing
- MSPs typically bill clients $2 to $5 per user per month for security-awareness training. A 30-seat client at $3 is $90 a month toward the license; four or five such clients cover it entirely, or three at the top of that range
Buying for your own company instead? The pack is $499/year.
The evidence is the product. The videos are how you earn it.
Free training gets your team through the videos. What a renewal conversation runs on is the organized paper trail afterwards: the register, the policy, the log, the records. That is what the pack is.
Evidence register
One index of every document below, dated, numbered, and accounted for. The single page you hand your broker or attach to the questionnaire.
Security-awareness training policy
A plain-English policy template written for small companies. Adopt it in ten minutes; it states what training happens, for whom, and how often.
Completion log
Who completed which module, and when. Formatted so it reads cleanly next to a renewal application, not like a spreadsheet export.
Completion records†
A dated completion record for each employee, produced by each passing quiz. Ready to file, ready to show.
Admin rollout guide + pre-written rollout emails
Step by step: adopt the policy, share the folder with the pre-written email, collect completions, file the register. Most small companies finish in one afternoon; no IT project, no new software.
Training video library
8 short videos with captions, 3-5 minutes each. The full lineup is below, and module 8 is free to watch on this page. The pack's guided player runs them and each 5-question check in one offline file: no accounts, no uploads.
Every row opens a real watermarked sample: PDF, no signup.
† Certificates are records of completion, not certifications, accreditations, or endorsements by any insurer or standards body.
Watch the complete sample module: AI-Era Scams & Deepfakes. Free, right now.
Module 8 of the series, free in full. Not a teaser. All 8 modules are finished; the other seven and the document templates are delivered within 24 hours of purchase. The videos are one part of it. What you're buying is the organized evidence pack they feed.
Complete sample module: AI-Era Scams & Deepfakes (module 8 of 8) · 3:57 · captions via the CC button. The paper side: download the sample document pack (PDF). It holds an evidence register, policy, completion log, and completion record, filled in for a fictional company and clearly watermarked.
The 8 modules your team completes
Each is 3-5 minutes with a 5-question check at the end (4 of 5 to pass). Together: about an hour per person, and they can split it across sessions.
All 8 modules are finished. Module 8 is free to watch above; modules 1-7 unlock at purchase and arrive within 24 hours. Partners help prioritize up to two additional modules.
Your carrier's free training isn't the problem. The paperwork is.
Free seats from your carrier (or a free tier like Wizer) are real training. But when the questionnaire, your broker, or a client's security review asks for documentation, the organizing work lands back on your desk.

From purchase to renewal folder in about one afternoon.
The pack is delivered as one folder of files your admin runs (videos, the guided player, documents) with no portal, no logins, no software. Plan ~10 minutes to adopt the policy, about an hour per employee for the videos and quizzes (split across sessions if they like), ~30 minutes to file; most small companies finish in one afternoon, and larger rollouts scale with headcount. Every image below is the real sample artifact; click through to the PDF.
Your admin gets the pack and opens the rollout guide
Everything arrives as one folder: the videos, the guided training player, the document templates, and the pre-written emails. No portal, no logins. See the rollout overview (PDF).
The team watches the 8 short modules
Your admin forwards one pre-written email pointing at the pack's guided player, one file each person double-clicks; it plays the modules in any order and remembers their progress. 3-5 minutes per module, shorter than a coffee break. Module 8 is free to watch above.
Each person passes the 5-question check
4 of 5 to pass, retake anytime. The guided player scores each check on the spot (no accounts, no server) and saves the dated completion record† automatically on a pass. See a sample record (PDF).
The completion log shows who's done at a glance
An editable spreadsheet your admin ticks as employees send in their completion records. One page, formatted for a renewal file, not a portal export. See the sample log (PDF).
Register, policy, and records go in the renewal folder
One dated index on top, everything filed behind it, ready to attach when the questionnaire asks. See the register (PDF) · the policy (PDF).
All images and PDFs are from the watermarked sample pack for a fictional company. † Certificates are records of completion, not certifications, accreditations, or endorsements by any insurer or standards body.
One price. Everything on the register.

Asked before buying
Is this a certification?
No. What the pack produces are completion records: dated documents showing that a named employee finished a named training module and passed its check. They are not certifications, accreditations, or endorsements by any insurer, auditor, or standards body, and we say so on the documents themselves.
Will my insurer accept this?
We can't speak for any insurer, and we don't claim approval by one. What most renewal questionnaires ask is whether you provide security awareness training and whether you can document it. The pack exists so your answer is “yes, with documentation”, backed by organized evidence your insurer can review instead of a bare checkbox.
My carrier already gives us free training. Why pay?
Keep the free seats. They're real training; what they don't produce is the organized paper trail, and the comparison table above shows exactly where the gap is.
What exactly happens after I pay?
You get an order confirmation immediately, and the full pack (all 8 videos with captions, the guided training player, the document templates, and the rollout emails) arrives as private download links within 24 hours of purchase. The subscription is annual: $499/year, auto-renewing, cancel anytime. Each year you stay brings a refreshed training cycle for the new renewal, and everything already delivered stays yours forever even if you cancel.
How is the pack delivered, and how big is it?
As one folder of files: the 8 videos (with captions), the guided training player, the optional admin console, the document templates, and the pre-written emails. It reaches you through private download links sent to your checkout email. Nothing lives at a public web address. The full pack is roughly a 65 MB download in total; put the folder on a shared drive and your whole team trains from it.
How long does rollout take?
Most small companies (up to about 20 people) complete the admin side in one afternoon: the policy, sharing the folder, filing. Larger rollouts run the same steps and scale with headcount. Plan roughly 2-5 hours of admin time across the window at 25-100 people, and the rollout guide includes an honest staging plan for bigger teams. Employees spend about an hour each on the videos and quizzes, and can split it across sessions.
Can I see a sample before I pay?
Yes. The whole sample module, free. Watch “AI-Era Scams & Deepfakes” in full above; it sets the quality bar for the whole finished series. The documents are sampled too: download the sample pack (PDF): the evidence register, training policy, completion log, and a completion-record example for a fictional company, clearly watermarked. What you're paying for is the evidence pack itself: all 8 modules plus the live document templates, delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
Who is behind this?
Coverproof is built by Roy Grinfeld of Grinfeld Labs, 25 years in Israeli government technology leadership. You'll get answers from the person who built it, usually the same day; the selling entity and company details are in the footer.
The questionnaire is coming either way.
Answer it with a register, a policy, a log, and records. Not a checkbox and a hope. A guided rollout most small companies finish in an afternoon, and organized evidence for your renewal conversation.
