Is this a certification?
No. What the pack produces are completion records: dated documents showing that a named employee finished a named training module and passed its check. They are not certifications, accreditations, or endorsements by any insurer, auditor, or standards body, and we say so on the documents themselves.
Will my insurer accept this?
We can't speak for any insurer, and we don't claim approval by one. What most renewal questionnaires ask is whether you provide security awareness training and whether you can document it.
